WILEY BERNARD KYLES 

Mr. Kyles graduated from Central State University with a degree in Accounting.  Mr. Kyles started his career with the Internal Revenue Service as a Agent doing audits of small to medium sized business across the Tri-state area.  Mr. Kyles went to work for a medium sized certified public accounting in the greater Cincinnati area doing and assisting on tax preparation, planning, audits, compilations and reviews.  Mr. Kyles started W. BERNARD KYLES & CO., INC. and has been in business for over 35 years, serving the clients from start ups to clients listed on major stock exchanges ie NASDAQ AND NYSE.
